Our story
100 Key Properties was founded in 2020 on one simple belief: buying, selling, letting or renting a property should feel clear, personal and properly supported. We combine deep local market knowledge across Hornchurch, Essex and East London with a modern, transparent approach — and the kind of personal service larger corporate agencies struggle to offer.

We started solo in 2020 — today we’ve sold over 400 homes and look after more than 70 managed properties for landlords who trust us to get it right.
Founder & Director
I spent 15 years at Winkworth in London — starting in admin and working my way up through lettings, lettings management, sales valuations and property management. After seeing the business from every angle, I knew I could offer something the big corporate firms couldn’t.
So in 2020 I started 100 Key Properties on my own, because I kept watching people get treated like file numbers during the biggest move of their lives — and I knew it could be done differently. My roots are Lithuanian, and I’m fluent in both languages, so whether your move happens in English or Lithuanian, you get the same person from the first call to the day you get the keys.
Away from the office, you’ll find me travelling the world, reading, or swimming.
