We want every client to be happy with our service. If something goes wrong, please tell us — we take complaints seriously and aim to put things right quickly.
Put your complaint in writing to info@100keyproperties.co.uk or 100 Key Properties Ltd, 129A High Street, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 1TX. We will acknowledge it within 3 working days.
We will investigate fully and send you a written final response within 15 working days. If we need a little longer, we will let you know why and when to expect our reply.
If you are not satisfied with our final response (or 8 weeks have passed since you complained), you can refer the matter to the Property Redress Scheme, of which we are a member — membership number PRS045855. The Property Redress Scheme provides free, independent dispute resolution. You can find them at theprs.co.uk.
Client money is protected under the Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP014115) and held in a designated client account.
