Information you give us through our valuation tool, contact and enquiry forms, live chat, phone calls, email and in person — typically your name, contact details, property address and what you need help with. If you become a client we also process information needed to provide the service (for example tenant referencing or sale progression details).
To respond to enquiries and provide valuations (your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you); to deliver our sales, lettings and management services and meet our contract with you; and to comply with legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering and Right to Rent checks.
Only where needed to provide the service — for example referencing providers (such as Goodlord), the property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket), conveyancers, deposit schemes, and our customer/communications platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, which powers our forms and live chat). We never sell your data.
Some of our service providers (such as GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and Mailgun) are based outside the UK. Where your personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK GDPR.
For as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
