Founder & Director
Founder and Director of 100 Key Properties. Fifteen years learning every side of the trade at Winkworth in London, then a kitchen-table start in 2020 that has grown into 400+ homes sold, 70+ managed properties, and a growing network of local estate agents across London and beyond — with the full service available in English and Lithuanian.

At a glance
Andrea Zuk spent 15 years at Winkworth in London, and she did it the long way round — starting in admin and working up through lettings, lettings management, sales valuations and property management. By the time she left, she had seen an estate agency from every angle: the paperwork, the pricing, the landlords, the tenants, the sellers waiting by the phone for an update that never came.
That last part is why 100 Key Properties exists. Andrea kept watching good people get treated like file numbers during the biggest move of their lives — passed between departments, chased for updates, priced with an inflated figure just to win the instruction. So in 2020 she started 100 Key Properties on her own, at her kitchen table, on one belief: moving home should feel clear, personal and properly supported.
Since that first year, the agency has sold over 400 homes and looks after more than 70 managed properties for landlords who trust it to get the details right.
“People Before Property” is the company tagline, but for Andrea it’s an operating manual. In practice it means one person who knows your move handles it from the very first call to the day you get the keys — no call centres, no being handed between departments, and phones that are answered 24/7 by someone who actually knows you and your property.
It also means honest numbers. Valuations are free and realistic — Andrea would rather tell you the truth about your price than win your business with a flattering figure that costs you months on the market. And when you do decide to sell, the fee is simple: 1% + VAT on a sole agency basis, no sale no fee.
Straight answers, realistic pricing, constant feedback. It’s the service Andrea wished she could have offered for 15 years — so she built a company where she could.
Andrea’s roots are Lithuanian, and she is fluent in both Lithuanian and English. That makes 100 Key Properties something genuinely rare in UK estate agency: the full service — sales, lettings, valuations, landlord management — is available in English and Lithuanian, and the Lithuanian-language service is led personally by Andrea herself.
For Lithuanians living in the UK, that means the biggest financial decision of your life can happen in your own language — the questions you’d hesitate to ask in English, the small print explained properly, the reassurance of dealing with someone who understands both worlds. From the first conversation to the day you get the keys, nothing is lost in translation.
What began at a kitchen table in 2020 is now a growing network of local, self-employed estate agents across London and beyond, trading under one trusted name. Each agent owns their own patch and their own client relationships, backed by the brand, marketing, technology and compliance framework Andrea has built behind them.
As Director of 100 Key Properties Ltd, Andrea keeps the firm fully accountable: it is a registered member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS045855), holds Client Money Protection (CMP014115), and protects deposits through My Deposits. The registered office remains at 129A High Street, Hornchurch, Essex — where the story started.
Away from work, you’ll find Andrea travelling, reading, or swimming. At work, you’ll find her doing what she’s done for over two decades — putting people before property.
“I started this company because I kept watching people get treated like file numbers during the biggest move of their lives. People Before Property isn’t a slogan to me — it’s the whole reason 100 Key Properties exists. You’ll deal with someone who knows your name, your street and your situation, from the very first call to the day you get the keys.”
