Landlords get the same person-first model: full management at 12% + VAT or tenant-find at 10% of the tenancy + VAT, with every fee published before you commit. We already look after 70+ managed properties.
We’ll be straight with you, because that’s rather the point: we don’t have an office on every London high street, and we won’t pretend to. 100 Key Properties grew out of East London and Havering, and that’s still where our roots run deepest — Hornchurch, Romford, Upminster, Rainham, Elm Park, Harold Wood, Emerson Park, Gidea Park, Cranham and Collier Row — and beyond, as the network of local agents grows outward across London.
